Tune-Up Talk

Tune-Up Talk is a focused, one-off coaching session for endurance athletes looking for a real and honest gut-check. Whether you’re leading into a race, coming off a tough training block, or feeling stuck in your progress. We’ll dive into the details that matter most for your performance: pacing strategy, fuelling, training structure, race execution, mindset, confidence, and decision-making under pressure, so you can leave with clear next steps and practical strategies you can apply immediately.

Race Season Coaching

A focused 4-session package designed to support you through a full training block—from early build to race day and beyond. We’ll start with pre-block training plan guidance to set clear direction, followed by mid-block troubleshooting and accountability to keep you on track when things get messy. As race day approaches, we’ll refine your pacing, fuelling, and execution strategy, and finish with a post-race debrief to reflect, learn, and carry those lessons forward into your next goal.

Annual Season Coaching

A 12-month coaching partnership designed to support your entire season—from off-season foundation building through to your key races and everything in between. We’ll map out your full year based on your goals, structuring training around your lifestyle, key races, and performance priorities. You’ll receive monthly check-ins for ongoing guidance, adjustments, and accountability, with email/text support between sessions to keep you on track and supported as life and training evolve.
